工作流程:

  • 拜访客户,了解、分析、评估客户的企业特点和职位需求
    通过对客户进行拜访,详细了解客户的企业文化、公司背景、行业和产品特点,与客户进行充分、有效的沟通,并与客户共同对所需招聘的岗位进行讨论和分析。
  • 准备项目建议书
    通过与客户的良好沟通,详细描述所需招聘岗位的职责、任职条件、特别要求及相应的薪酬范围。项目建议书中包括职位描述,招聘方法,项目时间及保证,费用构成等。客户与我们对该项目建议书认同并签字。
  • 制订并实施搜寻方案
    根据我们对客户所处行业的深刻认识,结合岗位的具体要求,为该职位的招聘制订详细的搜寻方案,依据所搜寻方案,利用我们庞大的候选人数据库、与各行业有关机构及人士的网络关系,凭借专门的搜寻技巧,对每一位潜在的候选人进行接触。
  • 筛选候选人
    对所有接触到的候选人信息进行分析、过滤,包括候选人的岗位现状、沟通能力、离职可能性与动机、薪酬水准等。筛选出基本符合要求的候选人,并安排面试。
  • 面试、评估候选人
    依据专为此岗位职责描述对候选人进行面试,主要评估候选人的个性特点、管理能力、专业知识与技巧、沟通能力、英语水平、离职原因等。在面试的基础上,撰写评估报告,对候选人进行综合评价。
  • 推荐候选人并安排面试
    将评估过的候选人综合信息提供给客户,根据客户的要求安排候选人与客户面谈,协助双方就具体聘用条件进行有效沟通。
  • 背景调查
    当客户基本选定一个候选人时,我们将对候选人作背景调查。调查内容可以是客户要求设计,也可以按我们的固定格式。我们将提供2到3份背景调查报告给客户,以保证该候选人的可靠性。
  • 后继服务及保证期
    当客户正式聘用候选人以后,智联会与客户保持定期联系,协助双方解决试用期期间可能遇到的困难与障碍,确保候选人在客户公司适应并发挥其所长。如果该候选人由于自身的原因而没能通过试用期,智联将一次性免费为客户重新招聘该职位。

Background
Founded by executive search professionals from UK, Alliance Executive Search entered the market in 1994 with a staff of four. It now has grown to a total of about 70 full-time recruitment professionals (with 30 in Beijing, 30 in Shanghai and 10 in other cities). Alliance Executive Search dedicated to assist multi-national and local clients recruit the suitable Chinese talents and executives.

Executive Search
Our Executive Search division is primarily focused on searching senior to middle talents, or searching specific industry incumbents. We provide high quality executive search service to clients through strict working procedure.

Working Procedure:
l Visit client, study client and the position from different sectors
Through visiting, we keep good communication with our clients, study client’s company culture, company history and mission, industry, and product specialty. We work with clients to clarify the position’s responsibilities, requirements and the key incumbent’s specification, position package range and etc.

lPrepare the proposal
After visiting client, our consultant will work out the project proposal. The proposal shall include: client’s company profile, position profile, working procedure, times and conditions, fee structure and guarantee period etc. We’ll adjust the proposal content till both sides accepted.

lExecutive Search solutions and implementation
Prepare the executive search solution. According to our research on specific industry, we will search our huge database and pouch candidates in related industries. Work out the potential candidates list.

Resume screening
Contact with all the candidates who are interested in the position, through telephone interview to select related candidates for face to face interview.

lInterview and evaluation
Based on the job descriptions which had been set for this position, interview candidates and evaluate the candidate from experience, related technical background,personality, leadership, communication skills, team work, career plan, language skills and motivation etc. According to the result of the interview and evaluation, prepare qualified candidates reports to client.

lRecommend candidates and arrange interviews with client
According to client and candidate’s available time to arrange interview. Assist the client and candidate to negotiate for package and on board schedule, etc.

lReference Check
We’ll make reference check for the final candidate upon client’s requirement.

lFollow up and guarantee
We will participate in the offer period. During the probation period, our consultant will communicate with both parties regularly. If the candidate left by his own reason, and the client notice us timely, we’ll replace the position freely.
